Shipping policy
1. General Delivery
Delivery of Products purchased from Vilden ("Delivery") is taken to occur at the time that:
- you, or your nominated carrier, take possession of the Products at the relevant Vilden address;
- Vilden (or our nominated carrier) obtains a receipt or delivery confirmation at the nominated address; or
- Vilden (or our nominated carrier) delivers the Products to your nominated address, even if you are not present at the address.
Any delivery date or time provided is an estimate only. Vilden is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays. You agree to accept delivery even if it occurs outside the estimated timeframe. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Deliveries are made during standard business hours. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery details are accurate. Vilden is not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information, and re-delivery fees may apply.
1.1 Delivery Within Australia
Except for pre-orders, we aim to deliver orders within Australia within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of your order, subject to product availability.

We use a range of delivery partners depending on your location, including:
- Australia Post
- StarTrack
- CouriersPlease
- and other reputable carriers
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Many carriers now operate paperless delivery systems, and drivers may not leave missed delivery cards. We recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided to receive real-time updates.
1.2 International Shipping
Vilden currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.
